Our equipment for rent

The warranty covers breakage and theft of equipment rented by the customer: - In case of accidental material damage to the guaranteed equipment, repair or replacement of the equipment is covered if it is not repairable or economically irreparable per item and after application of an excess fee. The excess fee remaining at the customer's expense is determined by the equipment category. The warranty is limited to a single claim per guaranteed ski equipment and per insurance period. A police report receipt is mandatory for coverage of equipment theft. Specific exclusions for breakage warranty: - Damage other than accidental material damage. - Damage caused to the exterior parts of the guaranteed ski equipment that does not impair its proper functioning, such as scratches, chips, and scrapes. - Damage resulting from non-compliance with the use and maintenance instructions provided by the AGO SPORT store. - Damage covered by the manufacturer's, distributor's, or fitter's warranty. - Intentional fault of the customer. Definition: - Accidental material damage: any externally visible deterioration or destruction impairing the proper functioning of the guaranteed equipment and resulting from a sudden, unforeseen, irresistible event external to the customer and the equipment, involuntarily suffered by the customer, and constituting the cause of the accidental material damage - subject to warranty exclusions.
